From Business Management to Growth Consulting: My Journey Helping Businesses Succeed

My journey into business consulting did not begin in a classroom—it began through years of hands-on experience building, launching, marketing, and supporting businesses in different industries.

Over the years, I studied business management, marketing management, and online marketing, but my real education came from working directly with entrepreneurs and business owners. I learned how businesses grow, where they struggle, and what separates successful ventures from those that fail to reach their potential.

Throughout my career, I have helped develop business plans and marketing strategies for a variety of projects. My experience includes creating marketing plans for online Arabic language courses designed for non-Arabic speakers, developing strategies for educational platforms and online marketplaces, and supporting businesses that serve international audiences through digital channels.

I have also worked with e-commerce businesses in different sectors, including baby clothing stores, newborn and maternity-related products, and other online retail ventures. In addition, I have participated in launching, setting up, and developing multiple business projects from the ground up.

As I gained experience, I noticed a common pattern. Many businesses were investing money in marketing without first building a clear strategy. Some companies hired influencers based only on follower counts without analyzing audience quality, engagement, purchasing power, or demographic fit. Others spent heavily on social media advertising without reviewing performance data, customer behavior, or return on investment.

I also discovered that many businesses struggled not because their products were poor, but because they lacked a solid business plan, an effective marketing plan, or a clear path to profitability. Without proper planning, businesses often make decisions based on assumptions instead of data, resulting in wasted bud

gets, missed opportunities, and slower growth.

These experiences shaped my approach to consulting. I realized that successful growth requires more than advertising. It requires research, analytics, financial planning, customer understanding, market positioning, and a strategy that aligns marketing activities with business objectives.

Today, I help entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies build stronger foundations through business plans, marketing plans, cash flow forecasting, market research, influencer evaluation, marketing analytics, and digital growth strategies. My goal is not simply to provide recommendations but to help businesses make informed decisions based on data, strategy, and measurable outcomes.

Through Saja Reach, I combine education, practical business experience, and analytical thinking to help businesses reduce costly mistakes, improve marketing performance, increase profitability, and create sustainable growth systems for the future.
